Return & Shipping Policy

RETURN POLICY

• SOLIDS does not offer a “cash refunds”. Refunds are only given if an article is found to be defective.
  
  
• SOLIDS does not offer exchanges internationally. If you do wish to exchange you need to ship the article/articles back to Pakistan and would also have to pay for the re-shipping of the exchanged order.

 

• Unboxing Video Required
  A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all return/refund claims.
  Claims made without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

 

 

• Solid has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as - item is out of stock, pricing errors, article found as defective in Quality Control or the credit/debit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

SHIPPING POLICY

• Our order dispatching time is 7-10 working days
  
  
• Charges of international orders are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment and can be seen once you checkout.
